He's misled people

There was denial on here £60 million was needed

Luckily Friedkin Group have the capital to finish it

Moshiri didn't clearly

Damo why do you think absolutely anybody listens to what you say except for the utter amusement value of seeing what tripe comes out next.

A little Walter Mitty living in some deluded fantasy world were you're a sanctions advice lawyer, best mates with various proven liars - who dupe you and frankly treat you as a 'useful idiot'.

You remind me of the Ricky Gervais sidekick on his podcast.

This doesn’t make sense. Loan repayments don’t go against profit.

Further, the club has been loss making for a number of years and so gets to carry forward these losses to offset against any future taxable profits. So it could be a while before the club has to worry about paying corporation tax.

FYI that carry forward of losses is limited to £5 million, plus 50% of remaining total profits after deduction of the carry forward allowance. It is limited in level

Secondly the strategy outlined by me in my original post to @Neiler is one many employ regarding inter company loans and/or investment planning. I never said loan repayments go against profit. I said "will use any excess to repay said loan" meaning it (excess revenue) doesn't get posted as profit as its being used to repay loans

That money can be reloaned for future/further investments

That post may not of made sense to you but it did to me and it is something I was illustrating to @Neiler that low interest loans can be used by Friedkin in the company's favour

That's all

Didn't Davek get a thread ban for monopolising a topic?

I bet most of the posts on this thread come from one source (and all probably say a variation of the same thing)
One major difference is a lot of people read and took notice of what Dave was saying
They might have disagreed with what he said and knew he was stirring it but at least they read them

You're very personal in your posts. Not that I care. As I literally don't. 🤷‍♂️

People denied there was a funding shortfall at all before. When I told them there was. The club themselves confirmed Friedkin are closing it today. Having previously denied it existed.

I think it disgraceful that the club executives again misled people. But for Friedkin coming in the stadium had a funding shortfall.

That should make people very cautious about what comes out of the mouths of those at the club.

You might not appreciate me raising it. But it's done in the club's fans best interests

It was in the EFCSA meeting minutes "funding is there"

No it wasn't. Proven @Goat

Short by £60 million

Can you please provide proof that the funding wasn't there and that Friedkin aren't just a better lending source? Because, what it seems you are doing is making a massive assumption that just because somebody had said they'll fund it, doesn't simply replace other funders on less favourable terms. And, to be quite frank, I'd believe Colong Chong 20 times over before I beleived a single word of yours.

It wasn't there. If it was there would have been no need for Friedkin to provide "operational and stadium" funding

Do you remember at the time he paid off the loan he agreed to cover the costs of the stadium still outstanding?

It was definitely stayed on various outlets mate.

In what works you live in I'm not sure though were a project manager publicly should state they lack funds to complete the said project ...
