The Friedkin Group have an agreement in place to end 777 Partners’ interest in Everton, Andres Blazquez has confirmed.

The Genoa CEO spoke at a behind-closed-doors meeting with representatives of the Italian side’s fan groups that lasted more than three hours, according to Calcio Finanza on 4 October, where he discussed the stricken American firm offloading their other football clubs.

Friedkins will have agreed a total amount for the club with all debts etc, and some to Mosh, if the ACAP ruling comes in higher it will come from Mosh’s portion, if it’s lower Mosh’ll get more. Maybe, or not who knows
I'm not sure TFG would get any further concessions from Moshiri.

If it's correct that they offered 50% settlement to A-Cap then the additional £100m owed is still in play.

That's a lot of cash to argue over.

It's what Leadenhall agree to settle on ultimately, assuming A-Caps appeal fails. They have to play the role they're playing and be seen to do so.

If the final agreement results in a sum towards the upper end of the total liability then TFG will either just pay it or they could refinance it at a lower interest rate.

As this goes on though it's hard to see a settlement running in tandem with the approvals for the takeover.

If there are no issues, then I don't see why the takeover cannot be completed and TFG installed whilst the legal process continues in the background.

You're just fuming because you can't see my tweets. Great stuff.

You're wrong :coffee:

Textor Is not a billionaire. Never a viable proposition

Everton needed £60 million from Friedkin because there was a finance gap to finalise the stadium. Colin Chong misled people when he claimed that funding was "finalised"
