Everton are now considered to have an “unfair advantage” over other teams in the Premier League according to the ruling in Manchester City’s legal dispute, Martyn Ziegler reports.

The Times journalist wrote for the paper’s website on 7 October that following the emergence of the panel’s verdict in favour of the champions over Associated Party Transactions [ATPs] that the Toffees now face a new PSR blow.
Wow. That is a bold statement

As i said in another thread

"not sure why anyone is panicking. Th verdict has literally just come out, they have already said they will need to change the rules which will need ratifying by 14 clubs at a meeting. Honestly can't see any chnages taking effect until next season and clubs will NEVER agree to the rules being applied retrospectivley.. I am not worried."
It’s like the 8 year contract issue. They changed it so psr was max 5 years but didn’t apply it retrospectively.

He also hasn’t built it either. Unless you can show me some photos of him in a hard hat operating the cranes that I seem to have missed.

Now I'm not saying he built it on his own but he's played a blinder there.

I think Moshiri is a Pox.

But the 777 deal is stunning, TFG were negoating from an initial subordinated position in Moshiri's deal with 777 in terms of the deal he struck in my opinion, which was a strong contribution to the leverage for the significant hair cut that TFG got - or hoping to get.

You'd have to be a total headbanger to build the stadium and not know how to fund it but he pulled it off, i think he also paid 100 -150 mill himslef for the initial ground works.

TFG may turn the MSP/TFG loan to equity.

Which leaves R&M.

Which isn't the worst outcome at all for the club when you look at the stadium we gained and revenue it could create. A lot of ifs and buts in that granted and im not even sure if weve seen the final bill for the ground.

Im on record as saying hes the worst thing to have happened to this club - but hes definitely had a big impact on getting the stadium done - genuinely dont think anyone else would have taken it on, was crazy, but here we are, not without adversity and jeopardy.
