In the report the club didn’t contest costs for the “whole project” were over £800m. Doesn’t say they admit it either mind, just didn’t contest it.
The actual build cost is a different matter. Considering they spent a fortune doing fan surveys etc before the build.

It's a number included in a quasi judicial arbitration process. It was a number claimed by Everton Football Club and which was "uncontested" by the Premier League and the Appeal Board.
Hence it is TRUE.

It was the club that presented that figure and neither the Premier League or Appeal Board contested it. Meaning there was evidence showing it was true and no evidence showing it was untrue with which to contest it.
