But a hash brown is shredded potato and onion formed into a brick type shape. So do you then shred it back into little bits?

Sounds a bit odd. But intruigingly nice.



You could maybe use a sausage as a breakwater mate.

Always meant to try white pudding, not much about in Brisbane though. how about a verbal description, ingredients, taste compared to say black pudding or something similar.

eg if you like 'this' you'll like white pudding.

Sorry mate been out all day. It's made with pork and Oates I think. A good one has little bits of Oates in that crisp a little when you fry it and it should be very peppery. It's delicious my friend. A good one is coarse, you can get mass produced ones like Denny's which is a little smoother

Porridge made with 1 cup water/1 cup milk and mixed in with some strawberries and a square of dark chocolate.

Close. Just oats and water for me, with a teaspoon of maple syrup and some fresh blueberries and pumpkin seeds.

black pudding and or white pudding
liver sausage
beans
scrambled eggs, for the sole purpose of mixing them the black pudding and beans up, and spreading on some toast with bacon. Dont knock it till you try it

or alternatively, go to Wilsons kitchen in old swan and have one of theirs or an eggs benedict.

Fried Bread with fried eggs,fried bacon,fried sausages,fried mushrooms,fried tomatoes and, I would if I could, have fried beans.
I tried hogs pudding in Cornwall - a sort of white pudding but spicier. An acquired taste I think, but I haven't seen it up here so I haven't acquired it yet.
