Thing is, I wasnt in favour of golf being in the games at all, but that was ace. And for Rose, now holding a gold medal, must feel great, cos it is just so rare.

Fair enough that. Think an Olympic Gold should be the pinnacle for a sport though.

But in hindsight, thats a bit daft in these days, and I am sure Rose will treasure that medal as much as his major win.
