Fuming. Get the odd few grey hairs in my eye brows which need coming out. Azula counted a few grey hairs in my head the other day as well, you wouldn't notice like but they're there.

Not going bald but reckon those side bits were a little bit further down years ago.

Wrinkles, starting to see some lines around my eyes now - not into them.

Weight. Nightmare, cant eat and drink what I want now - have to to train and cut off the crap to stay alright at taking my top off on the beach without greenpeace trying to push me back in the water.

Stop smoking a couple of years ago so can still run a bit but need to do a decent cardio programme in the winter.

Im 33. I want to sue someone for not warning me that this comes about in the space of five years.

comes to us all chico, although i have to say though, 33 ffs i lasted a good 5 longer than that.
in fact at 33 i was able to have a full barnet/skinhead/ valderama at will, nowadays it's a carsley or a gravesen , i couldnt even stretch a dikov.
weight never a problem here.
fitness.... can be stagnant for years then quite easily do 10 miles on a bike, as for running, i dont know cos have never been jogging.
grey hairs.... they open up a whole new couple of age groups, with experience, and besides mrs bog has way more of them than me.

Turned 30 this summer and am as fit as I've ever been. You learn to handle lifes stresses as you get older and the cycling keeps me nice and trim.

Thats a bit like me saying in my youth also. Which of course would be a lie, as I did not do any then, and I do not do any now.

I should know, i'm completely grey, though whenb it comes to women....

Its grey pubes you need to worry about !

Im 31 but apparently i look younger, alot younger. I often get i'd and they always seem shocked when they see my age.

I just takemy hat off and show then my head, then i look about 50. I feel 50 most of the time as well, all aches and pains.

I'm wondering since my 25th year, if I'll be bald before being grey, or the other way around? 12 years on and I'm still wondering the exact same thing. I'm getting balder every day and the hair that's left gets greyer with every day that passes.

Never had a problem with my weight. Always could eat and drink whatever I wanted. This all started to change about 2 years ago. There has been a serious increase in my belly size during this time.

Getting old far too quick for my liking.
