Still got plenty of hair, more grey each day though - same reason as luke.

Arthritis flares up more regularly - and in more places.

6'2", 14 stones is apparently obese, so should eat healthier. 47 now so i've lived more than i've got left.

Chico, what a miserable thread.

LOL, cheer up mate.

Smoke when pissed and drink like a fish . I used to take alot of drugs , stopped now like . Still have some mary jane at hand as if your running out of high then your losing your faith . One thing I have always looked after is my teeth . When others would slack and go to bed with dog breath I would be in the bathroom going through my meticulous routine .

Its paid off as I now have no fillings whatsoever and when I smile the room is blinded .

Took nearly 2 stone off in the past 6 weeks, then had to buy new clothes.
Always had a good head of hair, but been grey a long time now. No, that wasn't my head in that pic lol. :P
41 yo, and feel like 81 lol.

Only have grey in my beard, if I "forget" to shave for 3-4 days, and only around the sideburn area so far. I feel like your average 34 year-old should I suppose. Hairline has definately creeped back a bit since my mid twenties but nothing horrific as of yet. Was always tall (6'3") and thin, until about two years ago...'bout 15.5 stone now but it doesn't look out of place on my frame. Having said that, my natural weight is probably more around 13/14 stone. Thank [Poor language removed] I don't sit in a cubicle on the job...God only knows.

Still have all my hair and it's all still brown.

Am 42 but have been told on numerous occasions that I look early 30's.

51 and still got most of my hair, not too much grey. I'm told I look a lot younger. Too fat though. Age is not the big deal I thought it would be when I was younger. Slower in some things but thats all, my wife and I still go out dancing at the weekend.

Which club?..I might join(y) Feel so old in nightclubs these days, mind you come 10pm , my body wants to be at home with a cup of cocoa n slippers:lol::lol::lol:

Shock...found 3 grey/white hairs growing outa my ear the other day!!

Im 43, Stopped serious climbing a few years back, and I have put on a few pounds but generally still feel pretty good...keep my fitness up with Hill walking...but then cancel out the good effects by quaffing a few pints afterwards followed by a bag of chips!

The trouble with having ginger hair is that, when you get to that sort of age, you don't go grey so I can't test the theory that women like grey...

The question I want answered is what's the reason for all the hair springing from every facial orifice. Eyebrows, ears, nose...what's the point of all that? Takes me longer to shave all that off in the morning than my chin...

Chico, enjoy the age you are, whatever it is. I hate that my face has started to migrate southwards and that I can't keep up with my twelve year old in a sprint. But whilst I still get angry about injustice or unfairness, I like the calmness that comes with my fifties. I'm less inclined to pick arguments (what's the point?). I'm less wound up about making the right impression (ditto)

This (if you swap out dancing for outdoor sports). Grey down the side and getting thinner on top. Just signed up at the gym now for the bit in between summer and winter seasons.

I'm 40, slim, trim, fit, healthy & can pull young hotties easier than I ever could in my younger & less confident days :)
