I think those from elsewhere (outside L4) should share their favorite local expression that means nothing outside their postal code.

For my neck of the woods, I have to go with Jiffy Feet. Since it's warm most of the time in these parts, those who can't be arsed to throw on some trabs to run in the local bodega (i.e. "Jiffy store" in this area, no matter which particular type) have a tendency to run in and out of said markets (and parking lots) with a bad case of what those Frenchies call the "pieds noir"... Particularly prevalent among the trailer-park set.
