They came to ours last night and I went off into the bedroom on the phone, I proceeded to tell my mate what I thought of having to spend my evening with them, it involved a lot of use of the c word from what I remember, only to walk into the living room once I'd finished and find the baby monitor was on.

It was deadly silent and more than a little awkward but they didn't say anything, so I dont know how much they heard. I felt the right thing to do was drink the 12 cans of cider her dad bought me and forget all about it. Her mum already hated me anyway and they get on my tits so it's no great loss.

I admire the way you soldiered on and had to finish the 12 cans of cider in particular !

Ps - how did your good lady take your attack on her parents ?.
