For many years I have thought that Tupac Shakur was the best rapper that has ever walked the planet, but when looking back at the amount of albums released and the quality of the released albums I have to say its IMHO Jay-Z and it has got to the point where it is quite comfortable for him to declare himself the best.

Mentions for Biggy, Nas, Eminiem and Tupac of course, but Jay Z is now on another level

and the Black Album is one of the best hip hop album there is.
