I don’t really care is the answer to your question, I don’t really post anything outrageous or worthy of being on Ignore status, my posts are just generally ignored.

I agree with this. But once you come across one of those publics who just seem to exist to argue the toss about something they dont give a toss about, just to be a troll, you slap them on ignore just to save your eyes from their imbecilic levels of thought.

I understand the 0 ignore gang. A forum is a forum. I'll happily respect people's opinions until someone's posting offers absolutely nothing of any substance. I havent got enough synapses to devote to people who's posts amount to the square root of F all value, even to laugh at and buzz off.
