It is red (scarlet) as it should be. What's the point in honoring a tradition if you just change it because some adults can't cope with a secondary team in our city?

Exactly.

As long as the marketing clearly points out that we had red on our kits more than a decade before they even existed. And that the kit was inspiration for 1 of our 1st club nicknames, of which we have had many.

It's all history and all relevant.

And they will HATE it.

I think it’s marvellous - getting upset about that red is missing the point entirely.
