Good luck mate, like others on here I've been through similar and as soon as you get the ball rolling on seeking help they'll bend over backwards to help you, whether that be social services or another organisation. The hardest thing is persisting with it and not slipping back into the same situation, now that you've taken the first step stick with it and it'll work out in the long run. It's not easy to follow through with it but if it's as bad as it seems then someone needs to step in and offer help, but you need to be open with them about what's going on.

In the meantime try not to gob on anyone eh?
