I love beer. And single malts. And cheese, and bread etc.......

At the moment my favourite two are a good Cheshire and extra mature Scottish Cheddar. I like a good white Stilton (and a blue one for that matter) and I'm partial to smoked applewood.

Black pepper Boursin is great on my home made bread.

Cheddar has to be up there in anyone's. I prefer extra mature any day. Like a good spirit.

Partial to Wensleydale, been the factory in Hawes, though they put apricot in some of the types. Disgrace.
