Lads, I'm getting a bit worried about not sleeping. Like I only got 3 hours on Monday and didn't feel tired, last night I got around 5-6 hours and I usually nap after school and I just haven't been able to sleep and I know I'll get like 5 hours again tonight. Also, my dad is like a proper insomniac so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Lad, talking from experience, what you need is routine.

Whatever time you go to bed tonight, set your alarm 2mora for 8am. Get up and stay up, no napping. Eat at the regular times, get a good brekky before 10. Do that for a few days if you can and you'll find you get into a sleeping rythym

Thats something I never do, eat breakfast. I always get up around quarter to 8 for school, shower and dressed by around quarter past and leave at 25 past. I'll try getting up early and having breakfast and get into the routine. First time this has happened to me, nice one Cena lid.
