Ok so a trial run of Bungles Bungled;

I tried to clear a jam in the shredder at work with a metal letter opener this morning, but forgot to switch the shredder off. I cleared the jam but before I could move the letter opener it got shredded, the letter opener came out of it fairly well but I killed the shredder completely, I will not be mentioning this to anyone at work and will just allow them to find the broken shredder and blame someone else.

The offending letter opener with battle scars is pictured below;
