Lads... Anyone tried Absynth? Mates got me some for my birthday. Am i going to wake up in a hospital bed if i drink it tomorrow night?

It's really strong mate (think its around 80 or 90%), it'll mess you up but a couple of shots won't hurt. It tastes disgusting though and can give a real burning sensation which sometimes puts me off drinking the rest of the night. Hope this helps.

Well this puts confidence in me anyway! Aha. Will probably try a shot and stick to the beer, not a spirits person myself.
