Mate, I'll be serious for a second. I was in the same boat as you find yourself in, knocked about by a drunken stepdad and with a younger brother and sister to look out for, unfortunately in those circumstances the woman rarely takes action and I had to seek help from social services myself at the age of 14, it meant being placed in a children's home for a while but eventually it got resolved and indirectly got my mum the help she wouldn't ask for herself. She'll not take any pleasure from him treating you the way he does but I can almost guarantee there's very little she'll do about it, unless maybe he seriously injures one of you, at which point it's a bit late.

Don't kid yourself that he'll change, men like him just don't unfortunately and if things are as serious as they appear then you really need to get some outside help, otherwise younger siblings are gonna go through the same.

Anyway, I'm glad to have shared with the group today.

Hi lads, just got back from the police station and O'm knackered so I'll make it quick but my mums husband pushed my older brother down the stairs earlier, then followed him down and starting laying punches into him, so I strangled him to get him off, then my brother got up and we both hit him im a few times, we got kicked out and my brother rang the police on him and he rang them us, we're back now and we're gonna sort it all in the morning.

The worlds full of men that are ****bags lid, he's just another one. Been through something quite similar and it's a **** of a situation to be in. You seem like a good kid as well.

Is there an uncle or anybody you could speak to that might have a word on your behalf?

Sorry to hear that, FTY. Just make sure you and your brother look out for each other, and that you guys look after any younger siblings if you have any.

Lucky nobody went on really, just remembered I deleted all my BF3 updates and map packs. 15GB Hard drives aren't sound when BF3 takes up 10.

That's why I didn't ask if I could join you guys for BF3, I haven't played it for months and will need to download a fat update.

Perhaps this is a candidate for the CBA thread...

I tried to when one of me mates last asked me to play, I can't join any servers without the update. I might just update it later, I typically play just Fifa on my Xbox these days and use my PC for 99% of my gaming. I suppose I could just start the update and leave my Xbox while I go about the rest of my day normally.
