Obviously lots of drinking and drinking games, girls away from home for the first time and looking to GET DOWN, rodeo bulls, foam parties (which I hate personally).

Chester mate (based in Warrington though). Ahhhh i see. I just didn't get it at all. Just hear that there will like activity things and groups in the uni and then just a load of people meet eachother for the first time and get drunk.

I didn't really get involved in freshers stuff in my previous years, but I'd imagine it's like that.

What in?

The good thing about doing an apprenticeship is that if you do NVQ level 3 (took me just over 3 years) then you've always got the option of going to uni, albeit you'd have to do an extra years via a HND. That's what I did any way.
