Sorry to hear this Hels.... Do you own the flat or is it a share ? Either way it's wrong.... Tell him to do one..... If all else fails half of GOT will come down and sort it. Stay safe.
 
Thanks for the replies guys. I reported him with the back up of the nice lad in my flat. There's not much that can be done though. Basically she just said if he does it again just call the caretaker or the police, depending which I see fit. But looks like he's not gonna get moved or monitored :/ Plus, we have to pay for the sofa he stabbed. WHO STABS A SOFA?

He sounds like a proper bell, i'd complain to a higher level he sounds very unstable.

We could do a GOT Eviction service where a group of us roll up and remove knobheads from premises, I'll head up the Southern branch. We need volunteers up north and we've got our first job.

Seriously HSD, did you complain to the halls or the university? Are they university halls or private halls? I'd get on to the uni if you haven't already, it's likely that the halls can't really be arsed with dealing with it until it gets more and more serious. The uni aren't going to want to be associated with someone like that.
