I'm not patronising, sorry if it comes across that way. I want to be an older person you and the others can come to. Same goes to your crew members.

A social worker is a very good career choice, hard work and possibly emotional at times. It's a good career path to take and a wise one. I wish you all the best in your training.

I studied IT when I left school, lost interest a few years later and work as a manger for a big organisation. I hope to move on, I have ideas to start a business but it's early days and I'm only in the planning stage. I do have entrepreneurial spirit if I say so.
