The Moyes Era

Sits off/subs when we're in control and lays back when we're not...the mind f*cking boggles. I think he spends more time on Excel spreadsheets than he does watching tape 'cause there's no f'ing way you do this stuff over and over and over unless you're relying on something completely other than what your eyes are seeing.

wish he had more of a killer instinct in him but as it stands drawing at home to norwich apparently isn't a bad result. Just when we get excited and loving the team it seems the manager has derailed the enthusiasm once again and the football is slowly falling back to hoof and hold on.

He's built the best side we've had in 20 years. And that's what makes it so ****ing frustrating when we have a string of results like we have recently. Today feels like a loss tbh, they were ****e but they gave it a go second half after us battering them in the first, which is a pattern occurring too often really. They changed their tactics, we seem unable to change ours to combat it.

I think ultimately, he'll be remembered as being a decent manager who really helped stabilise the club in a time of need but was unable to kick on further due to his over reliance on his favourites, his poor substitutions more often than not and some really ****house tactics at times. Not forgetting his abysmal derby record and poor away form to top sides.

Spot on mate. I'm more frustrated than when were lingering around the relegation places weirdly.

I can't stand sh*thouse Everton teams and this is one of them.

How do you know we would be relegated.
He has been here so long now we need a change, there are many people out there to run our club and to do it well.
Him and everton have become too comfy.

Cause its physically impossible that we would stay up with any other manager in charge.

I'd love him to be our Sporting Director or whatever it is who decides on which players to buy, not as much as a manager. He'd be badly Mancini working with a bigger budget while managing.

"Just think what Moyes could do with money"

Yeah, he'd buy better players but he'd still make the same cock ups with them.

He's a bottler and unfortunately it's rubbed off on the players.

His away record against the "Big 4" tells you all you need to know

Over reaction against moyes as usual...

As a moyes fan I certainly feel he has to take a part of the blame for today. Our bench was weak but for me Barkley HAD to come on. Pienaar was having a mare!! Why not bring Barkley on for him? Or put pienaar out on the right, Barkley on for Naismith? The only other player maybe should of come on vellios but tbf jelavic was getting any service so I don't think it would of made any difference.

Look past our strongest first eleven and it just gets weaker and weaker!

If he had brought 2/3 on and we drew people would be going mad as it happens it happened anyway. So he was damned if he did dammed if he didn't.

Bottling it ect comes down to the players and the snr players in our team need to grow a pair on the pitch!

Not up to poor performing/tiring players to make subs though, is it mate?

This is moyes squad mate he has had 11 years to put it together.
We only play when we are behind, when we go 1 up we are so scared of playing and that stems from moyes.
He knew gibson was injured but did not get a midfield enforcer in during the summer, there is no proper back up to howard and we deffo need a back up striker but he didn,t sort any of this in the summer.
We don,t look fit,we can,t defend and we miss so many chances.
We get overrun in the midfield and have won 1 game in 8 against teams we should be battering.
Moyes is starting to believe his own hype and there are so many players off form .
Over his time here he has done a good job but he needs to go now because under him we will never win a trophy or finish top 4 again
