Sprained a muscle in my back 9 days ago … wonderful pain… walked like John Wayne for 5 days, had first physio session today … feel worse tonight than when I did it

A very innocuous (is that right ?) simple movement, was leaning on my kitchen worktop and stood up and went to turn to my right .. POP !! … and the pain was immediate and excruciating

I did something like that recently, it's so annoying as you know if you didn't do that pointless movement, at that very second, you'd have been fine

I thought you'd found a certain mythical youtube channel about righteous living and stroked yourself into a coma, or at least one of those cocoons aliens put their victims in before the eggs hatch. Back pain is no fun.
