Only 7 or 8 Premier League teams have revealed their 19-20 kit so far. Maybe the club want to get some excitement and suspense to change the norm of wearing it on the last day of the season.

I don't think anyone is worried we won't have a shirt in time for opening day...more that we are missing an opportunity to sell more shirts.

Umbro then had to design kits for us months later than they usually start. They weren't going to spend money designing for us early when we may not even be with them. Hence the severe delay.

Would have thought their kit designs only take an afternoon to knock up.

Joke that. It's fairly basic to have the kit revealed, teased and on sale in the summer to cash in.

What happened to our Club and Umbro liaising with the fans for last years kit design, then Umbro just churned out a bog standard template that they gave to every other team. I hope the delay in the new deal with Umbro was because the club were pissed off with them for that reason. Doubt it like, but always the optimist.
