Having heard his interview I think he is still in under21 mode tbh, senior level isn't his thing imo, also he clearly is not that media friendly either.

It's a huge investment but they'll want Everton to get the most exposure possible.
They own production companies.
Expect the end of Goodison and the move to be very well documented and expect a high profile manager in place for the start of next season to drum up as much interest as possible outside Everton.
