Remember bunking in to an 'X' (Over18) Vincent Price Zombie Apocalypse film. Then having to walk through all those old houses that were in the process of being demolished between London Rd and Islington...not many street lights, smouldering fires, dark squally night...Vincent's spooky voice echoing in my head (no starry, starry night there, wrong vincent) The walk became a fast walk, then a jog, then a run for your life...happy times.

I was thinking about how we used to wear short trousers up until senior school the other day. Seems bizarre now. God it got cold in the winter.

It was embarrassing allowed in the juniors, some poor families sent their boys in to the first year of the seniors like that lol

This is very true. We were very lucky that the best bands and musicians did their stuff during the 60's, 70's, 80's and that the groups that everyone still wants to see and hear are all in their 70's......scary really........
