The Oldies Thread

Yup. Every single one. Especially the last two nobheads. The last one being the father of her lad. Found out she was pregnant and " got scared " apparently. Immature get. Not one of his family has even acknowledged the lads existence. Excuse the language, but " [Poor language removed] 'EM ".

It's their loss pal..

I’m quite young most of the time.

I’m old when the alarm goes off at four o’clock in the morning for work, but young when it goes off at the same time when I’m getting up to go on holiday.

I’m definitely young when I’m Christmas shopping for Mrs WBM, but I’m old when we go out for a drink and I buy a round. I remember a round costing 50p for goodness sake.

I’m at an awkward age on the dance floor, do I stick to the classics or show these youngsters how it’s done.

One age I avoid is middle age, that’s just too dull.

Now what did I come into this room for?

I have sent my lads round the corner to Tesco to get some bread rolls, tomato sauce, crumpets and a TV guide. I gave them a £20 note. How much change does an oldie expect ? I fully expect them to treat themselves here !?

Should be good for £19 change. You must be very rich mate.

When I was a lad we got sent round to the corner shop. We hadn't even heard of Tesco. The biggest shop was the local Co-op and you used to get divi stamps. Ahhh, the young people of today, don't know they're born.
