It's funny how your mind wanders when you've had a sleepless night. My wanderings took me, God knows why, to Hammy the hamster from Tales of the Riverbank. I haven't thought about this probably since I first watched it eons ago. Now you can - warning, it's no He Man and the Masters of the Universe.

I'd totally forgotten them until I saw the photo,then in a second I remembered the taste.

Loved ice gems, they sell the small bags in packs of 6 and I buy with the intention of eating one bag a night but can guarantee that by 9 0 clock the first night they all gone.

My current addiction are jelly babies, especially the red and black ones. Of course, nowadays they're smaller than they were once were, and not cheap. Still, a man's got to do, what a man's got to do. lol

…I don’t like sweets or cakes but is the taste different with different coloured wine gums/jelly babies? I mean, if you were blindfolded, could you tell what colour sweet you’re eating?

Yes definitely, the citrus ones lemon/lime/orange much different to black/red
