I'm really impressed with GBs movement, whether they can do it against the better teams, who knows, but some of the 1 touch, short passing puts the men 2 shame

Thanks Cena, yes reaction very good, we had a BBQ last night and invited all our local French neighbours including the local Mayor - they're usually pretty honest with their opinions and they all loved it even if they did not follow it all. They loved the humour especially the corgis, the Queen and Rowan Atkinson.
Really looking forward to going to each of the events - as I think you said earlier in the thread, great to watch all the experts in their chosen sports.
Very lucky to be going and have impressed upon my kids how fortunate they are to have this during their childhood.

I was very skeptical about how good these Games would be, but its been a fantastic start that has set the tone for the next two weeks. Should be a great experience for when you watch the events. I can't get enough of it on the BBC's 24 Olympic channels, its amazing

Great start to the games, even though GB messed up the cycling badly.
I'm really looking forward to going to the men's semi finals of the football. 2 international semis for £30 a ticket shouldn't be sniffed at. And im just looking forward to sort of being part of it. (don't expect GB to be involved!)
My young nieces are going to the gymnastics tomorrow and it's something they can talk about forever.
All the random sports I've watched today have been really interesting. Weirdly Handball was ace. I sort of want to play it.

That's supremely annoying haha. I think I might, I have really enjoyed watching the women, and I go to the Olympics and its at Wembley which is never bad, they won't get 90k there surely??
