The Pienaar situation

I think its a done deal that he'll sign permanently. My only reason for this is a gut feeling and the fact that generally Moyes has a permanent deal in place for most loanees.

I think he makes us tick and he looks like hes enjoying his football again- he got blinded by the lights of the big city living and it didnt work out. He comes back here where he is worshiped and puts in some man of the match performances.

I don't want him back, not if he's going to cost anything above 1 mill.

I think he's vastly over rated and even though he's better than what we have I'd rather we spent our money elsewhere, evn if it's only 1 million.

one born every minute......

if spurs sell modric or bale, they're gunna get around 25-30 mill, there guna look to replace this player with that money which will still leave pienaar at square one, i doubt they're guna get that money and not bring in a replacement,no more than £3 mil for me though, spurs can feck off, i dont see how they keep getting such high amounts of money for fringe players

Love him, imagine Drenthe on one side, and Pienaar on the other. SupppperrrFUTBOLGOAL!!!!

not really, there last 5 signings fridel, saha, nelson, adebayor(loan) parker- combined transfer fees 6m

yet they got 38m for pavy, keane, hutton, crouch palacios ohara and only spent 6m of it

There are dignified ways to leave a club. Ways in which everyone wins. The way he went wasn't one of them.

Don't care how good he's been, or what he's saying now, contrite n all, don't want him. The Club's dignity is worth more than Pienaar.

Maybe they didn't like his scary voice at White Hart Lane?

I was close to him at Goodison once when he shouted at Howard, it was f*cking terrifying.

He almost looks better than before he left us, he's been fantastic since his return.

I'm almost certain he will stay beyond the end of the season.

We better had sign him tbf, because we're not getting Royston and we'll be fresh out of decent wingers if we lose them.

get aar of it

If they want 6+ mill I would rather it went on a younger player like
Hoillet (contract ending),Jarvis or even Kightley (relegated, will need them off wage bill).

Don't think we will have anything like this to spend tho so let's hope Gueye can start to perform consistently
