8. The Premier league, Sky TV and the loss of the English game to corporate entities and telly clapping yokels from Dover, Croydon and Oslo
7. Chris Evans....on the telly and radio. All the time. Making an obscene amount of money. Bang out of order that.
6. Tom Green..."Wacky" US TV "Prankster". About as funny as an STD
5. "Who wants to be a Millionare?" with Chris Tarrant and his annoying voice and laughter
4. Spice Girls..... especially the moody jarg Scouse one with the RS top on. Get in the bin yer wool!
3. The frankly embarrassing hysteria surrounding the death of Princess Diana. Just plain weird. That's the "royal" thing for yer.
2. Tory Sleaze, "Back to basics" and ugly little warts like David Mellor getting nicked doing more shagging than a Greek waiter
