If it`s the one I`m thinking of, it`s a roadside caff, not from the kids jail on the outskirts of Hindley Green.

You can have the choice of a full breakfast in a hollowed out loaf ( white, non of that healthy brown muck ) or on a bin lid balm.

I never indulged, but the lad I was with did.

He fell asleep about five minutes after he`d eaten it lol

There`s also a place in Wigan town centre, that does the full breakfast on a bin lid balm too.
