Great. As a chef I passionately hate the way dining out has become just an ego trip. Do the best, safe, tastiest food you can and charge accordingly. None of this Caucasian river trout and goose breath foam with calves heel fondue on a bed of winter twigs sprinkled with a child's tears. It's nonsense, they're laughing at you..

I swear they would make you a monkeys bollocks and chocolate on twisted ryebread with arse clinker drops on top if you asked for it.

Was furious though as they only had goose fart foam and as such the whole thing tasted a tad too earthy for my palate.
