The Premier League is Boring!

McBain

Player Valuation: £80m
I'm so over the Premier League right now.

Its the same repetetive [Poor language removed] about the same four clubs and how they always win.

Its the most top heavy league, theres absolutely no way anyone other than the top four (taken them 8 weeks to settle there) can win, and one of those hasnt yet, the other two have only won it a couple of times, and one team has won it too many times.

For the sake of the beautiful game something needs to be done.

Look at every other sport and great sides/players on any level get to the top and then someone else takes the mantle. Lets have a random look.

NBA - Last ten winners

1998 Chicago Bulls
1999 San Antonio Spurs
2000 Los Angeles Lakers

2004 Detroit Pistons
2005 San Antonio Spurs
2006 Miami Heat
2007 San Antonio Spurs

Thats 6 different winners in 10 years.

Blooming disgrace. Luton University don't stand a chance.

If there is one thing that American sports does extremely well is that in every team sport every team has a chance to win a title.

I actually think that one reason why footie won't catch on in the States is that in the league there are only the same 2-3 teams in each league who are capable of winning it.

Yes perhaps. David Gallop the CEO of the ARL has been quoted as saying at an NRL grand final... "They have won a grand final now it is some one else's turn" or something similar to that. The more you win the more you get penalised by the salary cap.
