Love a bit of hummus, but I've no decent recipies.

Anyone recommend one?

Easy recipe.

Tin of chickpeas drained, keeping the liquid.
1 lemon, micro plain the skin and squeeze.
Small bunch of coriander and peeled garlic.

Chuck it all in a mini chopper, add

2 parts coriander powder
1 part cumin powder
1 part garlic powder
Chilli flakes to taste
Salt and pepper

Blend

Add the aquafaba to let it down, make it a bit too wet as it will thicken over night.

Leave.

Serve the next day with olive oil.

Put sweet mincemeat between two thin layers of shortcrust before baking (roll out between cling film) so it's like a garibaldi and then put the kettle on 👍
I came across this the other day, will try it soon.

I'm crap at making choux pastry, so I'll definitely give this a go - microwave choux pastry. Who doesn't love a chocolate eclair !

If you warm the chickpeas in the chickpeas pea water (Aquafaba) first you will get a smoother hummus and it will normally take all the water from the can along with olive oil. As said make it wetter than you want as it will thicken on cooling.
