I’m absolutely furious I can’t find a picture of him in that interview from Sky Sports when we finished 4th in his cardigan with his glass of wine by the fire looking smug AF

I really don't feel like we're ever going to make the jump. It strikes me that we are further from competing for anything, even just qualifying for Europe, with every new tread water appointment. It's all just so deflating. We've been left behind.
Was he not in Europe 2 out 3 with West ham?

Tis [poor language removed]. Ad nauseum. Fed up with it, to be honest.

This is why I was incessantly banging the Moshiri Out drum and boring you all to tears for years.

This is the beginning of the healing process. We’ve basically been reset back to 2002 by the former owner’s disastrous reign.

Every appointment is theoretical. We could appoint Guardiola and he could cock it up; indeed, Moyes might take us into Europe first year at BMD. My issue has always been that this change in ownership, financial restructure and pending stadium move was supposed to usher in a new era for us and here we are, crawling back to a guy who last oversaw a struggling Everton ~20 years ago. I dread to think how many times my name would come up in a search of recent posts for “uninspiring” but that’s exactly what it is.
Moyes oversaw some of our better days I have seen as a fan since the mid 80’s. I remember a time when I used to think how many we’d win by, not whether we’d win! Moyes is a decent manager and has finished above every single Everton manager since he left (apparently). Uninspiring perhaps but he will definitely get the players up for it.. just hope he takes us to a stress free farewell to Goodison

I'd just about accept it for 6 months, after that no I wouldn't take it because we are going nowhere with Moyes as manager. We need to enter the modern football age, get a top class DOF in and appoint a progressive coach. That's the only way we are going to get any success. We are wasting the next 2 years with Moyes as manager if he's on a 2.5 year contract.
Look at West Ham now after getting in the fancy name ‘progressive’ coach
