Over years we’ve become obsessed or persuaded that survival is an achievement. We’re all guilty , me as much as anyone , putting pictures of relegation battles on walls like they’re cup wins . Players in the dressing room acting like it’s a champions league final .

Seeing failure as success has become the Everton way , we’re like a fighter focused by maintaining their unbeaten record . I really hoped the new owners meant we could leave this behind and we’d see the new regime usher in an era of change but nope normal service resumed .
Bang on.

I feel I immediately know who’d want this poster , In fact I know people who’d have it all over their social media.

Thanks for bringing back memories of failed past relationships .

For the record, if any Everton player volleys a cat - I'd like the Everton manager to condemn that.
There was a lot of talk after he left that he wasnt the nicest guy with the staff, and Martinez was very good by contrast in that respect, and had Kendall in.

I guess he isn't getting the job for saying good morning to the tea lady or calling out cat abuse, and if he gets results it doesn't matter. It sort of does to me though. But anyway.

The argument everyone made for Dyche. Did we build on it? Are we doing that now? Is that what this is?

No. To all of the above.

Dyche was getting us relegated, Moyes wont. Also there was more than just a bad manager going on. Tfg have to fix all the mess within the club and one of the first thing they must do before things become better is to make sure we are not relegated this season

I mean, give them an actual chance to get our head slightly above PSR water first... We need to see this period of financial mess through before we should even think about ideas above our current station, which is a precarious one.

It doesn't matter if he gets the job even if animals get hurt?

Not sure about that Bri. It's pretty bang on that, tbh. Im surprised at you.
