We have the self-esteem paradox. If someone compares us to West Ham, for example. You'll see fifty posts banging on about how we're a much bigger club.
You'll also see fifty posts, some from the same people who earnestly explained why we are so much better than West Ham, telling us that we couldn't possibly compete with West Ham and that a draw at home against them should be considered a great achievement.
As I have stated already we are now the divisions meme club. In that context David Moyes makes complete sense. I'm only surprised it wasn't Wayne Rooney.
