They were a team that were difficult to beat, but weak going forward. Drawing not losing games was the problem. The team hadn’t downed tools. Better shape than most managers have to deal with coming in to relegation worries.
Right time to leave, right man to replace.

Wasn't a problem for Dyche - he set up the team to play for a draw at most, and got mostly draws. The problem is he wasn't, never was, and never will be a winner in the Premier League. So basically, Sean Dyche's biggest problem is that he is Sean Dyche.

Moyes, with the same players who couldn't even pass a ball under Dyche apparently, has won the same amount of points in half the games, while we've played well/better than nearly all of our opposition and won on merit by trying to win.

Ok cool, but we were 1 point off the relegation zone. So clearly the “just draw every game” plan wasn’t working.

"I said to him they're in good shape. They're fit, but the weight of a club sometimes gets too much. I think for the players it got too much. You know I was okay with it. I learnt about the size of the club and the feel and the weight of it, I was alright.

Kind of sounds like it got too much for him very fast, but at least he threw the players under the bus again there, as it wasn't his fault and it cannot possibly be his fault.
