are we the new spurs as in the "rumored" defacto destination for every player not going to a sky 4 side now?

The path is now clear for Cleverley to join Everton... assuming they come up with the money or can convince United to do a loan deal

Tom Cleverley to Everton doesn't appear to be happening. Everton saying they're done for the day.
