4-4-2? or back up for jelavic (2 games starting a season)
keeping him around is not doing anybody any good
Get rid of Neville before Cahill.
I'm at the point now where seeing Cahill leave is unfortunately not exactly beyond the realms of imagination.
If some ridiculous Saudi club wants to give us say around £5m for him we'd have to accept it as he's clearly past his sell by date now.
Is it this lid, or Singurdarson who was on loan at Swansea from Hoffeinheim that THT rates mate - never heard of this lid in Norway!
I am both a Lillestrøm and an Everton supporter, and have been following Sigurdarson since he came to the side in 2009. This guy really has the lot, and although you never can say who will make it, I would be over the moon if Everton decided to go for Sigurdarson. He is strong, quick, good work ehtics and got great technique and vision as well, and he keeps improving every year.
His overall scoring record isn't that good, but keep in mind he's still young and also that he is playing for a team that just ended a 19 game streak without winning. For instance, last spring when we had a Nigerian who was scoring for fun (27 goals from 36 games, and 13 in the last 12), both I and most supporters thought Sigurdarson was the more talented. He signed a new contract last october, it now runs through 2014. He should be available for around 3-5 million, although prices may rise if he continues his scoring streak - that was just about the only thing missing from him being a top overall forward (11 goals from last 6, although 4 of them were against lower league opponents).
I don't know who we'd sell to get the money, but he would be well worth the gamble in my opinion.
