Mirror now reporting that David Gill has contacted Kenwright over a possible £12million signing of Baines. Apparently they want it to be resolved before the Euros start :'(

Sorry I don't know which newspapers are occasionally correct or not. I just saw them tweet it as their number one story and it said EXCLUSIVE! so I panicked.

Normally the Mirror/Sun etc just print stories cos they need stories to run mate, generally means nothing at all.

I understand it's The Mirror and I don't read that rag as a rule ( I only saw the link through a retweet)

I've just seen some talk on here since the season finished regarding Baines to United so had to post it for some reassurance.

Generally the Mirror post total nonsense mate, I wouldn't worry.
 
You couldnt blame him if he did wanna go (I believe as do most that he could play at the very top in Europe), but not for 12 mill ffs. 20 at least!

If Kenwright sold him for 12m I'd firstly think it was a big wind-up, then murder everyone I encoutered for the next month,

Yeah we'd get 20m minumum surely...
