Distin needs to stay only because we'll probably have to sell one of Heitinga/Jagielka. It's nice having 3 really good CBs on the club but I'd rather lose one of them than Fellaini or Baines.

I can see our 3 centre backs next year being Distin, Duffy, and Heitinga.

I've heard from Olympiacos supporters that we're linked with Mellberg. My initial thoughts are that the Swede is too old and we have enough cover at centre-back but you never know I guess.
