Gout. Those who know this pain need no explanation.

Got the same photo from my last attack. 16 months clear now but we are approaching gout season.

3 prolapsed disc's had me in ruins for the best part of a year. No fun whatsoever.

Dislocated knee's aren't something to smile about too!

Anyone else not find broken bones that painful? Obviously they're not nice but I remember the last time I broke a big bone (wrist) just thinking 'bloody hell this hurts' and went the hospital about 3 hours later.

Toothache is worse.

I'm with you on that.

Breaking my wrist very very badly - I had some pain and it was uncomfortable for like an hour or two, while it was getting patched up and all that.

Toothache can proper make your life miserable.

Oh and a torsion of the testes, they are NO fun.

Both of those are pains I never even want to think about, let alone experience...

All because I wore boxer shorts in bed, I rolled over in my sleep and my boxers twisted it round. Woke up at 4am in absolute agony, they rushed me straight to surgery, cut my sack open and heated it up with a lighter.

Mate, no need to give nightmares! I've had mine twist a couple of times, not to that extent, but christ it was horrible.

The worst dull, numb, deep aching pain ever that just doesn't subside.

See I have to wear boxers in bed or my lads just swing about like two pebbles in a mail sack. Had a teste turn 90 degrees once, and didn't know which direction to turn it to fix it! I just jumped up and down a bit and let nature figure it out!

This is correct - managed to have this twice in my teens. Something must have gone wrong with the whole sewing balls to sack thing after the first time. Stafford hospital - someone should complain FFS.
