You would prefer a player that has hardly any top level games, is practically a child in terms of development who can't last 60 minutes in a game and top professionals with many years premiership experience feel isn't ready yet with a player that scored 19 goals for a top six team last season, an England international who has (albeit not recently) ripped teams apart, is lightening quick, intelligent with the ball and has a winning mentality. Okay spokes. That sounds like a cracking idea.

Personally I think he is better than what we have. If he is allowed to play off Tosun it will be good enough to beat teams like Swansea etc. Could also play wide and fire crosses in to Tosun. It will be simple but effective enough to keep us out of the Championship. That is if he is allowed to attack.

It doesn’t really matter. Sam will be gone at the end of the season......

Everton cant will though can they. The amount of posts i see where people want players in their prime years who will go straight into the first eleven. We buy one and then people moan there is no sell on value and he is a journeyman.

Talk about a fickle bunch. Give the lad a chance before being so miserable about the whole transfer. The lad seems a decent sort and knows where the back of the goal is. In that respect its a yes for me (bearing in mind we have only had four shots on target in 5 games!!)
