Sort of his specialty finish wasn't it? No doubt in my mind DCL would have missed had he passed it... Then we would be wanting to ship him off instead.

This. People say it's great having Walcott and Schneiderlin as backups but they're two of the highest earners at the club

I see that, but, a player of 30, who's main asset is speed, signed for 20 million and on 5 million per year. Those figures don't add up. His value is only going one way, so, if we aren't going to play him then we should cut our losses.
