2019/20 Theo Walcott

He can put it on his highlight reel for his next club...preferably in January.
Don't be too hard on him.
I kind of feel sorry for him and I still think he can do much better for the team, just give him more time on the pitch.
Great assist, sadly he couldn't get one for himself - he really deserved it.

Just wanted to say that I've been as critical of Theo Walcott as most others have, but today he played well. Much more like the Theo Walcott we saw under Wenger at Arsenal.
Had that stunning volley hit the back of the Gwladys Street net, I think the roof might have come off.

Well played Theo, more performances like that please ;);)

He keeps that level up and the right wing is his for this season,
He's another frustrating one, clearly got talent and pace, just lacks consistency and belief

People getting way too carried away - will be back to "FFS get Walcott & Gomes off n Bernard & Davies on for the 2nd half" next weekend lol

We do get carried away, read someone saying that you could see from today how Silva has improved Davies as a player, he's improved him that much that he's preferred that waste of space Schneiderlin this season.

Looked like he was really enjoying himself today. Even when he played well for us at the start it didn't look like he was massively enjoying it, but today he really seemed to be enjoying it.

I know that sounds an odd thing to note, but I've always felt with Walcott he's a bit of a confidence player and a little bit softer than your average footballer. He probably needs to be having fun to produce his best. It looked like today he was, he was trying different things and looked confident.

I like how he came off his line on the right too and ran infield. While he's not the most cultured of footballers, he still have fantastic speed, and if he makes runs inside he is dangerous.
