Problem for me is that he is to well paid to be just a squad player and the second thing is that he is capable for much more, but he just don't want it anymore, hard work, abstinence needed to be great football player is all behind him. He is just enjoying in his good life with lot of money for small amount of work.

You can see it almoust every time when he is on the pitch. No fighting spirit, questionable defence (his side is always in danger because he rarely helps his fullbacks), looking indifferent. But that's just me, I am annoyed because i think he could do so much better.
