All the reports suggest he's a great pro to have around the place but he's been poor on the pitch where it matters. I'd argue Arron Lennon was a better player for us. We're desperate to get the wages down. Nobody is desperate to sign Theo Walcott on his wages.

Either nobody wants to pay money for him or it's to do with balancing the books for FFP where selling = a loss but a loan means we don't take the loss ?

There's no confirmation because it hasn't been completed. That's the way it works.

If this deal is happening then it's not gonna be confirmed until every little thing from medical, terms, registration going through and little social media welcome video has been done.

Why would anyone look to announce it before everything's done? It makes no sense and offers no advantage whatsoever.
